Community Roster for PS3; Help/Question

Hey, so I'm sort of confused between a "community" roster & a "regular" roster like buckeye02. From what I gathered the community roster is better for dynasty because it included edits to the players, beyond just the names. I want to know if I am correct in saying that. If so, how does one obtain downloading a community roster? I know nothing is available for PS3 at this time (too bad I didn't buy it for 360 instead), but when it does become available how do I go about finding a "community" roster instead. I believe if more then just names are edited you can't use them online to play.. Regular rosters would be just name changes which can be used for online play.

You can use any rosters, its just the names might not match up with the player's position. So people tend to not like them.

The "Community Rosters" is just what we've called the 360 set generated by some of here at OS (Carson, Petey, Massacre, myself, russ, Sapp, Geauxlden, etc.) for 360. That's all.
