Roster Idea for EA

Pogo and others fine with 70, it isn't about the gameplay. It isn't about whether or not you need the 71-85 players. It's about being ACCURATE.

When I play a dynasty I want to be in total control of the WHOLE team. If I have to leave out a frosh recruit because I don't have room that means 2-3 years down the line I don't have him when in real life he'll be starting or playing a lot. See?

Sure in year 1 of your dynasty those bottom 15 are likely redshirting freshmen who won't see the field. But, I don't play dynasty mode for just 1 season. Get it?

If all I cared about was gameplay, then I'd just play online or against the computer. In that aspect, sure 70 is fine. Heck, I'd be good with 60. 2 deep at every spot.

But, I'm talking about controlling a dynasty over MULTIPLE SEASONS. Taking the frosh from redshirt year, to RFR 3rd string, to 2nd string soph, to starting JR & SR. Building CAREER stats, becoming the all time rusher or passer or sack master, etc. for my school.

As it is now, every year I have to decide to cut an upperclassmen who I know isn't going to play in real life so that I can add in a true frosh that I've run out of room to be able to add.

As for the road 70 limit, yeah I'd like to be able to pick which 15 stay home. Make those my default 15 for road games and unless I change it those 15 stay home. Would be an added aspect to the dynasty mode.

FOR ME. To each their own. But, this aspect of the game needs changing IMHO.
