Recreating recent school graduates.

Does anyone else like to recreate some of the players from your favorite schools that graduated in the last year or two that were elite players for your schools? for example, my school is Rice University, and this year I wanted to recreate our offensive trio that led us to our first 10-win season and first bowl game win in 50 years: QB Chase Clement, WR Jarett Dillard, and TE James Casey. Clement and Dillard hold almost every Rice passing/recieving record, and have the NCAA record for most TD passes for a QB/WR pair (50).

I was also thinking of recreating some of the elite players who were drafted this year: Sam Bradford, Ndamukong Suh, Toby Gerhart, Dez Bryant. Obviously I wouldn't use any of the resulting draft classes for Madden 11 (assuming I even get it) because I would end up with two of any player I created in the NFL. Has anyone else done this?
