The community update for the 360 is probably the most polished as of right now. dkrause, (Roman Caesar) does a great job in his own right for 36- users but his aren't as far along yet. You can't go wrong with either file but the community ones are the most complete as of now.

My understanding is the DK is making all the changes from the 360 and PS3 threads in his rosters... so he should be about as far along as they are, but he is only satisfied with about half the teams to be up to his standards so far. He not only makes the changes, but rerates most players. I respect what the community guys are doing... it is not an easy task, but DK has a much better understanding of how to rate players in my opinion.

Just downloaded DK's rosters and they are by FAR the best rosters I've seen so far.
