Re: 2011 Top 25 Recruits

My frustration/disappointment continues with where recruits are ranked.

I created three prospects (Clowney, Steward, and a random QB rated 98 (as a test)).

Here is the top 10, in order, with their overall rating starting the next season:

1. - New Player (random player i made as a test) - QB - BAMA 98
2. Pat Thomas - HB - PSU 83
3. Patrick Mackey - ATH - LSU 83
4. John Faulk - QB - UCLA 83
5. Calvin Mason - HB - BAMA 80
6. Brandon Batton - WR - BAMA 81
7. Lawrence Hall - WR - TENN 82
8. Gary Coker - ATH - USC 80
9. Derrick Young - MLB - TEXAS 85
10.Anthony Gates - ATH - TEXASAM 83

The two other players i created:
62. Jadaveon Clowney - DE - OU 87
236. Tony Steward - OLB - UF 85

I just don't get why players don't come out of recruting in order from highest rated to lowest?? How the heck is my OLB 236th overall, yet rated as high or higher than 8 of the "top 10"????

The top ranked DE was ranked #15 overall, and rated an 80 to start the season.

The top ranked OLB was ranked #63 overall, and rated an 83 to start the season.

I know what you mean! The system is just messed up for recruiting and creating prospects isn't nearly as fun with this problem. Will they ever get this right in the game? I doubt it!

@gigem:

I just wanted to show you PocketScout and his quote about the editor below:

Quote:
It sucks to be the bearer of bad news, but as of right now its doesn't look like it is going to happen. Besides the EARESIGNER that fixes the checksums, there is apparently more security features in place. Right now people are having the same issues with trying to mod FIFA. So as much as it pains me to say it, don't expect an editor any time soon if at all. I am still going to keep looking for ways to get it to work, but as of right now we are out of options.
The editor looks to be out the door. Could you go ahead and make me the 2012 recruits as a huge favor? I don't care about how they'll turn out as far as ranking goes.

I just want accurate information and attributes like you did with the 2011 recruits. Let me know if you could do this for me? I might even donate a little mula to ya if you have PayPal. Thanks!

You don't have to pay me silly!Im going to finish this file up tomorrow ,its only going to be the top 10 i think, unless people leave me more guys to make and it won't have O-lineman. Its been harder than i thought to get a breakdown of a players strengths and weakness but whatever. I will also be adding weight to what the player is currently listed as because they will undoubtedly gain weight in the next 2 years.

Heres who i have so far:
QB Connor Brewer
QB Jameis Winston
HB Dennis Smith
HB Barry Sanders Jr(Barrys son)
WR Cayleb Jones
WR Avery Johnson
LB Kwon Alexander
LB Erick Hallmon
ATH Eddie Williams
ATH Stefon Diggs

feel free to leave me a recruit with a scouting report, other wise this is probably it.

Top 10 will be fine with me! If I can find any scouting reports beyond top 10 then I'll get it to ya! Thanks for your work! Looking forward to these other recruits!

Class of 2012 top 10, when next February rolls around and scouting services focus on the class of 2012, i will do a refined version, with more recruits and more accuracy.
