***DK's (RomanCaesar's) rosters thread***

***GT: RomanCaesar***

I know a thread already exists, but considering that he's got the set done, I think it would help to start a new thread and add in more suggestions/corrections here.

These are based off the July 13 OS Community Roster set. Also, the Big East and Sun Belt conferences were rerated by two other guys. They just didn't want to be named. DK wants to make sure everyone understands who else deserves credit for the work on the file.

Re: ***DK's (RomanCaesar's) rosters thread***

NEBRASKA News:

Sean Fisher and Anthony Blue have apparently suffered season ending injuries. Both should be dropped to the bottom of the depth chart, or off the depth charts completely. Both still have their redshirts, so guys playing with NU should redshirts them in their dynasties.

Just FYI, not sure if this is the thread for this info- but just throwing it out there.

Penn State Nittany Lions

Paul Jones is officially out of the QB race, having been told on Wednesday that he will be redshirted this season. A source told Ron Musselman of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that fellow freshman Robert Bolden has been the most impressive QB in camp thus far, followed by Matt McGloin and then Kevin Newsome. Assuming that the coaches are of the same opinion, then the scenario detailed below indeed could take place: McGloin would begin the season as the starter and then hand off to Bolden a few games in.

If that happens, we expect Newsome to transfer.

Is Newsome struggling with reading the D or mainly with accuracy? I have read in the past neither are a strong suit. If i have to drop him- just want to know which is why i ask.

Apostle- In the first post could you add the following.

These are based off the July 13 community roster set. Also, the big east and sun belt were rerated by two other guys. They just didn't want to be named. I want to make sure everyone understands who else deserves credit for the work on the file.

Re: ***DK's (RomanCaesar's) rosters thread***

For USC, it seems for now that The RB depth will be Allen Bradford, Dillon Baxter. That's probably because of the styles they run, and the opinion is that Marc Tyler is the best back on the team judging from practices and scrimmages. What about moving Allen Bradford down to 86, Baxter to 81, Tyler to 84, and the other two running backs 80-81. Morgan is to be added later, I'd have him at 76 based solely on recruiting ranks, and he's reeeeallly fast.

At tight end, I'm not sure if you gave Christian Thomas DE/TE skill set, but if you haven't, please do. He may have to play there this year, but he hasn't been overtly impressive, so I would match him with a DE with a 74 overall rating. Randall Telfer should be added, he's another good recruit.

At wideout, I noticed that you moved Robert Woods and Markeith Ambles down to 77, but both (alongside fellow Freshman Kyle Prater, rival's No. 3 overall player from last year) have had amazing summers. Woods (Rival's No. 6 overall player last year) will probably be playing a lot by the middle of October, and Ambles and Prater have both been even better than advertised.

At FB, I've heard that Simione Vehikite is our backup, but might still play linebacker. Also, Rhett Ellison should be switched back to tight end.

This may be nitpicking, but the general opinion from ESPN is that SC has the best d-line in the conference, and top 5 in the nation, bookended by two future NFLers, studs Armond Armstead and Nick Perry. Perry led the conference in sacks (8) as a backup DE last year up until he lost the season to injury. I have them as 90+ on my rosters, but maybe you moved them down as part of stretching the ratings, Idk, its just a suggestion.

MLB Kennard is probably going to be our starter, and Galippo will probably move around the midfield and even play some DE.

Robert Woods - Medium, face 4
Markeith Ambles - Medium, face 1
Xavier Grimble - Dark, face 20. No ankle tape, Schutt 3 bar RB

Re: ***DK's (RomanCaesar's) rosters thread***

AZ ST add 5'9 170 WR Kyle Middlebrooks Frosh He could be there best freshman and has been playing well in camp. Very fast and elusive should be a 70 at least. Drew McCallister should be moved from FS to SS on USC and rated lower then starter Jawanza Starling. Remove 4Star recruit 6'3 260 DT Brandon Willis from UNC, he transfered to UCLA. Good Work bro

***THIS IS A WIP. DO NOT APPLY EDITS NOW B/C YOU WILL LOOSE THE SPOT WHEN I FINISH THEM***

I'm taking the UW blueprint and making it a complete product. Giving hometowns, equipment edits, player builds, etc. Not sure if dk is willing to put all this info in but I'd be willing to or i think apostle would.

The changes that need to be made can be found in bold. For hometowns I had to give a appx. hometown so for Jake I used Bremerton over Ferndale. For equipment edits I'm basing this off of fall practices. Alot of guys are using the schutt air xp which is more like the DNA helmet than anything in the game.

I think he's rated a little low at 73, he was a 4* recruit from both Scout and Rivals and was one of the top five best safeties in the nation last year. I'd probably bump him to a 76 or 77, he's shown some really good things thus far.
