Who has the best updated, accurate roster out there?

used romancaeser's rosters in an offline dynasty and while the rosters look great and the ratings are solid ... not a single player improved in the off season any of the 3 times I tried it ... not sure if I am doing something wrong (probably) or if it is an issue with the roster (probably not)

Your likely missing a tuner or title update. With those they clearly will improve. I frankly feel the players still improve too much, but thats me.

You need to log online with your console (you need to use your online registration too, located on back of game's manual from memory). Tuner will automatically update (inbuilt tuning system in the game's software) when you log online. There would be more detailed explanations on here, use search function.

Mine, RC's are only on 360. I have a ps3 also is why my gamertag is listed for both but these rosters are only on 360. I heard Luvs are very good, i don't think you could go wrong with those.
