Need step-by-step for PS3

How do I find, download, and apply updated roster files for NCAA11 on the PS3?

The link in the sticky at the top of the page does not link to a post with info.

I am a total newbie... just bought PS3 last week, first ever gaming system, and NCAA11 is my first game. So I need total walkthru, such as...

1) Do I need to sign up for some sort of account?

2) Do I get rosters from a selection inside the game, or is there some sort of external file-sharing that I need to know about?

3) Where do I find roster files for PS3, and how do I know which ones are most complete and accurate? I'm more concerned with player names and depth charts, not so much ratings adjusted for accuracy.
