please contact me... I really want in this year to help on the rosters
(my ideas are to really keep people from complaining about roster ratings)
I have some ideas and would like to get started on rosters in the next couple of weeks...
I would really like to start by making sure rosters are not touched in the first set...
No add ins and no deletes just name everyone and make notes as the roster goes...
make a firm copy from there incase anything happens
then the 2nd round would be to remove the players that are not on the roster anymore
round 3 adding new players
round 4 would be making position changes
round 5 would then be maybe some minor roster adjusting (ratings)
then round 6 would be when the season is starting and then we could really start seeing where people stand based upon real life not just opinions of fans
