one other option could be one conference per person... for example, i follow LSU, who is in the SEC, so I could knock out the SEC, since i know alot of the other teams... i think if we don't have enough people to do 2 or 3 teams each, then this could be another option....

but i'd still like to have more people with more in depth knowledge and care of their favorite team editing their favorite team(s)...

Lets hope EA steps up to the plate and allows full roster editing of all 120 teams to be done online well before release and transferred over to the game.

There is no way we could trust people to do the rosters fairly. For proof, look at the updated rosters froum that I started that initally had fair ratings but now has Ryan Tannehill at a 96. It is probably best if a small group of like 4 total people each covering a different region of the country (SEC/SUN BELT, ACC/BIG EAST, PAC12/MWC/WAC, etc.) because it would be easier to enforce a rating system a monitor changes neing made.

I like the idea of having 4-10 people working on it. We could get feedback from the community about certain players but ultimately it's up to us to change it.
