Online Dynasty Roster Question (NOOB)

I have what is probably a stupid question. I am starting an online dynasty with a couple of friends and we all have different roster files. The question is simple, if I create the dynasty, does it start with my roster file or does each user use their own?

How do you default to a certain roster file? For example, use one roster file for online and one for offline?

I have played the game for years, but not online, so sorry for the simple question. The roster thing baffles my tiny brain...

You start with the rosters of whoever is creating the dynasty. And theres no option that i know of that allows you to 'default" a certain roster seperately for online and offline. You just load up a roster and that'll be the current one your using for all game modes until you load a different one.
