I'll share the partial file tonight, but FYI, I did Penn State before all this transfer madness started. You'll have to make those edits yourselves. When I release the final, I'll have made these fixes, though.

I believe its Team Management -> Roster Share -> Upload. It might prompt you to select the roster you want to upload (not sure, as I have not uploaded one before).
