XBOX360 Roster Limits

I ask this every year, but is THIS the year where the game allows you to have a FULL roster of 85 players?!?!

If its "in the game" it needs to be in the GAME!

Yet, somewhere around 70 players has been the max allowed and you have to end up cutting a bunch of players to make it work.

Online play, who cares, but Dynasy!?! I care. I want to FULLY manage a team!

I'll still get the game, but what's the scoop on this?

they had to leave some disk space for the heisman mode interviews...come on man everyone knows that...who needs a real roster size?? ...seriously though i have no idea why they just dont make the roster at the official size..it would make redshirting and roster managing waaay more realistic....they just dont care or dont get it

its not that they don't care, its just that they can't. to have all 85 it would take another layer or something, it doesn't really matter about any of the other stuff on the game. the amount of data an interview takes is nowhere close to 15 players per team. (15players * 123teams = a shat ton of data). there have been many explanations on this just google it.

Never have bought this disc size excuse. Honestly I have no idea about what goes on and how these things actually work, but I look at other games and I feel like NCAA (or most sports games, actually) cant come close to maxing out a disc. However, I would buy that it is just so much extra work expanding every roster, that there simply isn't enough time in a year between games for them to do this. Just my two cents... I've also been up for 20 hours now, so maybe I'm not thinkin straight

lol who needs sleep?! when it comes down to it think about all the data, theres like 30 ratings per player plus all the equipment, names, weight & height etc. now account that for 123 teams and 70 players per team plus the hundreds of recruits and graphics which are very nice it actually is a ton of data.

85-man rosters is my number one wish for future NCAA games. Imagine not having to choose which incoming freshman to leave off the roster and not having to cut upperclassman.

at the very least go to 75 even if they dont add the extra default players themselves and of course not having the signing day limit and scholarship limit not in sync makes zero sense. theres too much all or nothing when it comes to this franchise. plus an unwillingness or inability to make it easier on the user to improve the experience. no global editor

Having to cut scholarship players makes up for the fact that they dont have guys getting kicked off the team for smashing cars into people while drunk in the off season, failing classes or drug tests, or whatever else causes 5 guys per school to get booted. Think of it that way lol

Now that's what we need. Added realism. Fights, suspensions, expulsions, now that would add some depth and realism to dynasty mode!

It seems like FIFA has way more players on their disc. But they don't have over 120+ stadiums either. While I want a full 85, I think if they could max it out at 75 it would help more.

This was actually part or the game at one point. Not exactly sure what year but I remember it was back in the PS2 days. If I remember correctly they were forced to take it off. Players would like skip class or something and you had to decide how you wanted to punish them and still win ball games and keep the NCAA happy.

Yeah remember that as well it was prob one of my fav aspects of the game back then. I wonder why it was removed? it did add to the game for me at least!
