NCAA 2013 locking up at loading screen (360)

Was working fine all week and this morning I went to start up my dynasty again and now the game is locking up at the loading screen.

Anyone have any suggestions?

It's not an overheating issue. It's locking up at the same place everytime.

I tried installing the game to the HDD and still locking up.

Edit: New dynasty working fine now.. guess the first one got corrupted somehow.

This has been happening to me as well. Game would freeze up when loading to games, and advancing the week in Dynasty. I tried clearing the system cache, but to no avail.

One alternative I found (although somewhat inconvenient) was to make another save file for your dynasty and advance it before the one you're actually playing on. I tried this after my 360 froze three straight times when loading a dynasty game and it's worked, and I'm now about 3 weeks past the point in dynasty when these issues have begun, and this alternative has worked every time.

There's a youtube about this - it's always after the 1st save in the dynasty. IF you sim the week, which you probably don't want to do and save again, it won't lock up anymore.

Thx for this post. I have a loaded schedule and really don't wanna sim a game, but if it won't happen anymore, I'll take an L. Air Force Falcons BTW

I had the same problem. All you have to do is make the game create another auto save. Enter and exit recruiting or go into the game options and exit. Anything that gets auto saving to pop up at the bottom of the screen will fix the issue. Should fix it without having to sim.

Simple fix that works for some reason. Make sure auto-save is on. Go into recruiting, just change one guy's rank in your target list, exit recruiting. It should auto-save and then go start your game. That should do it
