NCAA Football 13 roster Offline upload?

Can someone please upload the rosters for offline users? I can't find if anyone has done it yet. Just whichever rosters the uploader believes is best right now. I would greatly appreciate this.

How do you transfer these from a USB to your xbox? I've got the USB configured, and the rosters are on it, but when i got storage, it says that there is nothing on the USB.

Is there an updated version of this for download? I grabbed the initial release with just the names and depth chart changes, but I was looking for something with ratings changes as well.
