What am I doing wrong? I download the file, I extract from the .rar, place the content in my PS3 folder on my USB drive - connect and then when I go to data utility, nothing appears.

The most updated ones are on this page of the thread (post #644). These are not the community ones they are from a different guy but the player ratings have been updated as the season goes along on these unlike the community ones the people above me posted.
