Roster Share Server Down?

I tried yesterday and today to download some rosters from roster share and everytime I try it says "download failed". Does anyone know what the problem is or when it may be fixed?

I just spoke to EA and they're aware of the issue. He told me as long as it let me upload a roster it should let us Download one. So if someone else with a roster file could re upload maybe we could try that. If not he said that everyone needs to call ea with the prob so they can get it fixed. On the ea help page there is a callback link. Put in ur number and they will call u. Easy. Thanks guys

His answer was horse crap... It's not working. I tried multiple gamertags TODAY and NOT ONE OF THEM was working. Once again these people just make up an answer that's not true. It's still broken...

I just got off the phone with EA Customer Service, and she told me that I am one of the very few who have experienced this issue. They are blaming it on the PS3 itself. I said, I can get online with other games just fine.

It still does not explain why the roster that I have spent 18 hours on, is not there anymore

I have a 360...it's a universal problem, and it's on THEIR end. It's not a console issue.

Yeah, it doesn't matter what system you have the game for, it just flat doesn't work.
