Excel of Player Ratings

So where would one find a excel table of player ratings for teams that I would be able to manipulate and edit and upload?(Is uploading possible from excel)
I'm going to put my roster edits up as it takes to much time doing it in-game.

Preferably a named roster set also as I don't have time to rename everyone as I prefer to watch as many games as possible so I am able to grade each player to the best of my abilities.

I am either going to do a file after the conference championships or wait until all the bowl games(which I doubt as I want a new dynasty to start)Thanks

There is no such Excel table, so far as I know. We are using the generic editor to mass edit roster files.
