Odd Coach/Roster Question

Ok I'm fairly new to this... are the roster files and the coaches files separate or can you only use one? For example, I have found a roster file on here that seems to be close to done but I don't think any coaches are done. I have also found a coach file but no rosters are done... can you load both of these?

Unless something has changed..........nope. That would require merging rosters which cant be done.

Well my roster share isn't giving me the option to enter a gamertag, it's only letting download rosters from people on my friends list but no enter gamertag option.
