Heinicke was excellent against FCS opponents last year, but come on man, just as good if not better than Manziel?

You don't think Heinicke, as a member of TAMU, would play good football like Manziel. He threw for 25 TDs and only 1 INT (hail Mary attempt) as a freshman, and coming in off the bench due to an injury of the original starter. Broke all sorts of records and out-performed his freshman year as a sophomore. Won the Walter Peyton award. He makes NFL caliber throws, has faced adversity, and carries a team with less than average plays around him. I guarantee if you put him on a team with monsters all around him, he would play just as well. I'm not knocking Manziel, but my point is Heinicke should have a much higher rating, similar to that of Johnny's. Watch Heinicke's tape and compare it to Manziel's. Mark my words, Heinicke will win, and shock in his first season as an FBS independent. Only reason he was recruiting heavier by bigger schools is because of his size. Well look at Russell Wilson now.
