Here is the latest Penn State depth chart, retroactive to June 13th. The only thing that has changed since then is DE Brad Bars suffered a torn achilles and will miss the entire 2013 season.

Not at the moment, and I can't find one. The official roster (here: http://www.gopsusports.com/sports/m-...ootbl-mtt.html) does not include the freshman who just arrived on campus for the summer. This likely will not be released until the start of camp on August 5. This link (http://www.blackshoediaries.com/2013...d-malik-golden) includes some but not all of the freshman. The only freshman the previous link doesn't mention that has a good chance of making an immediate impact is Hackenberg, who will wear #14. The current Penn State roster isn't too far off, just has some number issues for the most part.
