2014 Iowa Hawkeye Roster File- Based off Yukon's (360)

This is based off the final roster announcement that Yukon made. He got a lot of the Iowa edits in that I suggested, but I have gone over the Iowa roster some more and have posted the file in my EA Locker. Everything reflects the updated 2 deeps for Iowa that were released today. I have changed some ratings but am still working on them. For example, Iowa's QB's should all be slightly different in terms of strengths and weaknesses.

Hometowns/height/weight/skin color/face/and equipment all updated. Feedback is suggested as well as I'd like anyone working on a roster to feel free to use anything they can from this file in their own. This will be a work in progress to get Iowa polished as much as possible for the 1st week of the season.

Version 2 is uploaded. Did some various rating adjustments. Trying to lower Iowa overall as even the most hardcore Hawk fan will agree 88 in offense and 90 in defense is too high.

Main changes were bumped up Brandon Scherff to a 87 overall as he might go pro if he has a good season, lowered CJ Fiedorowicz to a 91 over since his blocking was a little high and he's not a good blocker, and lowered Don Shumpert to a 70 as he rarely saw the field last season. Also took FS Tanner Miller down a notch to a 86 overall since he was a little up and down last season. He probably should not be an impact player for Iowa but don't want to risk the big arm glitch to change him to another player. No other d-back would fit the role so I can't swap them out. MAYBE BJ Lowery but that's a toss up and probably not worth changing. Kirksey and Hitchens are more deserving and they are LB's and on watch lists along with Morris.

Also adjusted junior WR Damon Powell so he is rated higher than freshman WR Derrick Mitchell. Lowered Mitchell a few points to a 70 since he is a true freshman and might red-shirt.

Nico Law is now a hard hitter in terms of tendency and I dropped his overall a bit to a 81 since he's in a battle with John Lowdermilk for the starting SS spot and Law sometimes has issues in coverage.

Did some more rating changes. Iowa is now a 86 on offense, and a 88 on defense. Still a tad high on both sides of the ball but I am becoming happier with how Iowa is rated. Also lowered Iowa's WR's across the board.

James Morris and CJ Fiedorowicz are the highest rated Iowa players now at 90.

Another update this morning. Read that OL Drew Clark is giving up football to focus on school. Replaced him with freshman DT Brant Gressel who was on the default file. Iowa now had 5 guys at DL since Faith Ekakitie and Mike Hardy have moved to DE.

What do you have Weisman Rated at overall? What do you have his speed rating set at?

I just downloaded your roster file (Litterally about 30 seconds ago) and Don Shumpert is still a 75 Overall at WR.

Have you made an update on your roster file since you last posted?

Also I noticed that you have Ruddock as the starter, is that just what you think will happen or do you have some inside info that the rest of Hawkeye Nation needs to be filled in on?

Either way, Great work on the Hawkeye Roster. I wish Sophomore Defensive End Nate Meyer could have made the game this year. I used to coach that kid.
