Is there anyway to import into a Roster File a team built via Teambuilder other than only during dynasty play ?
Or ....
Is there anyway to save a complete Dynasty Roster with included Teams from Teambuilder into a typical Roster File ?

I think the answer is NO but wanted to ask just in case.

It is unfortunate not to be able to since there are many really well done Teams available via Teambuilder.

I did ask Xan about this, and he said he would take a look, but never heard anything back.
Dynasty files with a teambuilder team won`t open in the editor
