Convert 13 roster to 14?

I have a custom roster I used on ncaa 13 and would like to convert it to 14. I am computer illiterate and have no idea how. If I upload it on roster share is there anyone that could convert it for me?

It's a pretty cool roster. It has a bunch of teams from 90's. 92 Bama, 92 Georgia, 92 ND, several other teams. Also added few of best players.
