This is thully's NCAA 2004-2005 Dynasty Starter File for NCAA 2004 PS2.
I used Lindner's Dec 11 rosters for this version (redone to get players that were omitted in previous version), edited a little bit (mostly for the sake of getting accurate ratings for next season),created some players (including recreating some players granter a 6th year), and simmed a year of dynasty. Underclassmen going pro, as well as Mike Williams and Maurics Clarett, were edited to 36 ovr and their names were changed to "+ +". A few players that have transferred (Ingle Martin, Brent Rawls, etc.) have been either moved to their new team or removed (if they went to a 1AA or lower team).
I tried to keep as many underclassmen as possible from going pro that are staying
in real life (by strategic use of the "Talk Into Staying" feature. The only players that left
(that are still in the NCAA in real life) are:

Murray WR Cincinnati
Willis RT Florida State
Brown MLB Iowa State
Fincher MLB UConn
Stanley MLB Michigan State

No real recruits were created in this file: they are all computer-generated.
Works great in conjunction with updated Madden rosters or a franchise file!
