Your rosters are incredibly accurate. You've even got spring number changes. Are you or is Blacklover going to do the Rosters again this year? His rosters the last two years on MaddenMania were unreal. "Donations" are highly necessary. You guys do great work.

I worked with BL last year on the rosters. He got an advanced copy and did most of the teams. By the time I got my copy of the game he was almost done. I punched in names for about 20 of the teams. This year he doesnt expect to get an adavance copy, so no early start. I have offered to help him again this year. The way to do it is to have one guy do all he can in one day and e-mail the file to the next guy, who works on it at night. Swap back and forth until all 117 teams are filled in. This year we have 70 man rosters. It will take longer.

One question, what do the *'s mean? I see there are *, **, and even ***.. Just curious about what they mean, and figure it's better to ask, than start guessing and be totally wrong.

All the information on the new recruits for each team was taken from Rivals.com.

Rivals.com has a star rating system for High School and Jr College prospects. One star to five stars -with 5 being the best. They also rank the top 100 players at each position. So you may have Joe Blow who is a 4 star WR and he is the 13th best WR prospect in the nation. If they have NR, that means that they were not ranked. Just about every Division 1 prospect gets 2 stars. 3 stars go to players that have received some interest from a few Division 1 football programs. If you are a 4 star player, you are in the top 200 or so of all High School football players in the country. 5 stars go to the top 26 overall prospects in the nation.
