How to switch a roster from Xbox 360 to PS3

Hi,

I been wanting to switch a couple of roster from xbox 360 to PS3 but don't know how. I've been asking a lot of people and they don't how it works, so if nicely can someone teach me how to switch a roster update from 360 to PS3. I would be very happy. One of the rosters I want to switch is this:

2K13 GLOBAL GAMES EdITION (Over 75 USA & FIBA INTERNATIONAL TEAMS...XBOX)

The other one hasn't been out yet. So if someone can help me I would really appreciate it. Also can help out for in general not just this link.
