I've encountered another bug with the madden rosters, it keeps crashing after player resigning.

Hmm... I would have to simulate a season and look into that. I'm surprised you're having these issues to be honest. That bug, at first glance, doesnt seem like it would correlate to a roster unless I really messed something up. But I'll see if I can look into that tomorrow. I'll start running a season simulation now but I may pass out before it gets to free agency. This is happening during restricted free agency period?

Afterwards, during the player resigning period. I'll check it again in later on. Maybe I have to manually resign players for all of the teams?

I just ran through an entire season, then in offseason owner screen, I changed Ownership to just the Seahawks. Went through restricted free agency, and re-signed my own guys and now at the Draft prep screen. No crashes or issues.

Did you import a draft class that was user made? That could cause issues if it wasnt loaded properly. I've had that happen before on PSP - and this happened when it was determining pre-draft projections.

Yeah I imported a draft class.

Edit: I just did another run, with a backup save without importing a draft class. Still crashes right after it processes the Vikings.
