Best Rosters by Year for NCAA 2014

Not sure why but I cannot make a new thread, maybe because I have never posted before, so I figured I would post this here.



I'm sure many of you know that it was impossible to get an NCAA Football 10 Roster for PS3 without using the EA locker (or whatever it was called), and now the servers are obviously offline. So what I did was take pastapadre's xbox 360 roster for NCAA Football 10 and used the EA DB editor tool linked in the stickied threat and saved the roster data in the format of a PS3 save. The save is already decrypted and ready for use with RPCS3 if you are playing the game on an emulator. If you are playing on a real PS3 you will need to sign and encrypt the save, but there are already enough tutorials on how to do this.


Let me know if there are any other rosters that you would like converted between PS3 and XBox 360 (I should be able to easily convert from either type to the other, and possibly able to convert across years, though that will take some tweaking)

Sure, I’m still adding rosters when I see updates. I haven’t scanned the forums in awhile tho.

how do you determine player ratings on a "all-time" team on ncaa 14? I know there are previous year's rosters and even a 30-year and all-time one... BUT how do the people create the ratings the the players?

There's 29 ratings + 1 for OVR = 30. for 2014 NCAA Football.

Also, I know there's a post about NCAA 2013 and how the OVR is calculated... Is there one about 23014 or if not could someone create one?
