For example 30 reps would equal 90 strength for OL and DL but for LB or anyone else I'll deduct 10 points giving them 80 strength as opposed to 90 like the offenfensive or defensive lineman

Also, for players who sort of played evenly in two decades, I try to place them in whichever decade they had the most success. If they played in two decades, but with more seasons in one decade than the other, I typically assign them to the decade he played more seasons in. For example, a player who played from 1997-2000 and got all-conference honors in his 2000 season would be placed in the 90s decade team even though his best season was in the 2000s (because he mostly played in the 90s). If a player played from 1998-2001 and had his best years in 2000 and 2001, he'd be on the 2000s roster.

EDIT: Also, please refrain from doing Louisville, as I forgot that I already started that team and have made substantial progress. I'll finish it up pretty soon along with Tennessee.
