adding in hometowns

In EA Db Editor, I see a spot for , GA with the number 2405. Is there a way for me to add a new hometown without removing any to this list. It's for a WR I am replacing on my teams roster. Or, can I manually create this hometown in the game? I tried to manually type in the hometown but it does not save but only reverts back to 2405 , GA it was originally saved.

I'm no expert with editor, but I believe we are restricted to the cities available/ coded in the programing eg. 2405.
