I am looking to Create Prospects in my Dynasty to keep things interesting in my Dynasty and wanted to know if anyone knew IF or WHAT the Create Prospect limit is in NCAA 14?

I was told it was 35. It let me create as many as I wanted to but only 24 made it into the game.
