Also is there anyway to adjust a programs prestige so that the powerhouses of today remain atop for the foreseeable future? Or do the Clemsons of the world fall back to an above average team?

If you mean the Top 25, no they will stay preseason since this file is Dynasty focused and the current Top 25 is a result of games already played.

This is only for player adjustments/replacements, the Top 25 will remain the preseason ranking.

You can adjust program prestige with the editor which plays a role in coaches moving "up" in jobs as well as recruit interest but it doesn't play a direct role in if teams lose/win. Clemson I believe is already a 6 star program on the file so they can't go any higher. You could boost individual pitches as well but that's not something we're looking at doing at this time.
