How to actually edit NCAA '14 rosters?

I'm using the NCAA Dynasty Editor to load my PS3 All time roster file. I'm getting an error message stating that the file isn't a DB or MC02. even though I'm renaming the file MC02. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Ok thanks for the information but there is one more thing missing. Converting attributes, 40 times to speed, bench pressing to strength, jump for acceleration, Tis to int ratios, etc etc. Is there a chart/guide somewhere here. My search feature isn't working. Looks like there was a refresh here in Ops Sports and all my post are gone and I guess I lost some forum privileges
