Coaching Aggression

Is the consensus that all coaches should have their offensive and defensive aggression set to 50/50? That's my best memory and it seems like what I see most places.

Re: Coaching Aggression

Well just like irl, it's all situational my guy 🤷🏿*♂ But fr tho, it is situational depending on what your team does on offense and defense. Like on defense, if it's more aggressive, you finna see more man coverage and take more chances with blitzes (mostly see this with 3-4 Def or 3-3-5 Def). If your defense is more conservative, you'll probably see more zone coverage and let the defensive line do their job more often without an extra LB, FS, CB, or SS (mostly in regular 4-3 Def). Hopefully that helps
