That happens to me every single time too. When you press the swat button, they don't jump straight up...they do this sideways job and waist-high swat that completely takes them out of the play. That's why I don't control the DB's anymore. I let the CPU do it. At least they do a LITTLE better than I do.

Re: Frustrating as Hell

I tested some new sliders I came up with as I was playing Miami against Florida State. I started out on AA default as my base and worked from there.

#5 Florida State 10 @ #11 Miami 28

Code:
Stat FSU Miami
Score: 10 28
First Downs: 10 14
Total Offense: 134 292
Rushes/Yards: 32/97 26/62
Comp/Att-TD: 7/16- 11/19-2
Passing Yards: 37 230
Sacked: 4 3
3rd Down: 3-11 (27%) 4-10 (40%)
Turnovers: 1 3
Fumbles/Lost: 3-1 4-1
Intercepted: 0 2
Code:
Quarterback Comparison
Kyle Wright, 11-19, 230 yards, 2 TDs, 2 INTs (173.3 QB Rating)
Xavier Lee, 7-16, 37 yards, 0 TDs, 0 INTs (63.2 QB Rating)
Code:
Rushing Comparison
Tyrone Moss, 16 rushes for 67 yards, 4.1 average, long: 16
Charlie Jones, 3 rushes for 20 yards, 6.6 average, TD, fumble, long: 17
Quadtrine Hill, 4 rushes for 4 yards, 1.0 average, TD, fumble, long: 4

Leon Washington, 15 rushes for 78 yards, 5.1 average, long: 17
B.J. Dean, 3 rushes for 14 yards, 4.6 average, long: 7
Xavier Lee, 14 rushes for 5 yards, 0.3 average, long: 16
Code:
Receiving Comparison
Greg Olson, 6 receptions for 117 yards, 19.5 average, TD, long: 53
Sinorice Moss, 2 receptions for 53 yards, 26.5 average, TD, long: 33
Lance Leggett, 1 reception for 27 yards
Tyrone Moss, 1 reception for 30 yards

Leon Washington, 3 receptions for 14 yards, 4.6 average, long: 7
De'Cody Fagg, 3 receptions for 13 yards, 4.3 average, long: 13
Chris Davis, 1 reception for 10 yards
Code:
Front-Line Blocking
Rashad Butler, 11 pancakes
Eric Winston, 11 pancakes, sack allowed
Tyler McMeans, 10 pancakes, sack allowed
Tony Tella, 6 pancakes
Buck Ortega, 1 pancake

Ron Lunford, 4 pancakes, 1 sack allowed
Willie Reid, 2 pancakes
David Castillo, 2 pancakes, 2 sacks allowed
Leon Washington, 1 pancake
Matt Meinrod, 1 pancake
A few tweaks needed but offensively on my side of the ball I am happy. With an additional minute (I am going to bump to 7 minutes next time) I can get higher numbers that are more realistic across the board (400 yards total offense).

My thoughts for the next test:
CPU Pass Accuracy: I started to bump it up when Lee was 2 for 8 for 7 yards so he may not need any more slider help in the next game.
CPU WR Catching: I had two drops, they had four. I know there were a lot more that were not registered as drops. Not sure I will change this before the next game since the accuracy was getting better regardless.
Pass Blocking for Both: Way too much penetration for both teams.

If their offense does not improve I will have to lower awareness for my defense.
