I've only played one game with these but it was an excellent game. PSU at Wisconsin in season one with me being the Badgers. 952 game rating for #1 on my list.

Re: <the_future420's Heisman Xbox Sliders>

Guys, I've been doing some more slider tweaking and am ready to update my sliders with version 1.3. Just had a great game Cal(CPU) vs. Louisville(Me). Ended up losing 20-16 but it was a very realistic game that came down to the wire and found me unable to come up with a 4th and 7 play with :30 left to play.

California - 20
Louisville - 16

CAL (CPU)

QB#3 14/22 , 199 yds, 2TD, 1Int
HB#10 22 att, 77 yds, 3.5 avg
WR#11 4 cth, 70 yds, 17.5 avg, 1 TD
CB#22 10 tkl, 1 int, 1 ff

Louisville (ME)

QB#12 27/44, 287 yds, 2 TD, 2 Int
HB#19 24 att, 151 yds, 6.2 avg
WR#85 7 cth, 84 yds, 12.0 avg
WR# 7 4 cth, 73 yds, 18.2 avg, 1 TD
MLB#10 8 tkl, 2 tfl, 1 F. rec

I am finding that the cpu does run the ball, it just depends on the team you are playing against. Cal stuck with the run all game even though in the first half they only had about 25 yds. As the game went on, their running back became more and more of a factor and broke off a couple of nice runs. The passing game for both human and CPU just feels right. I am able to complete a variety of passes, curls, slants over the middle, outs etc.. all at a reasonable and realistic rate. As far as the turnover situation goes, fumbles have not been TOO much of a problem lately but I would like to see just a few less. Interceptions seem right on. You are still going to pay for bad reads, but I haven't seen alot of those spectacular INT's by CPU safeties and LB as of late. So here are the sliders. Not many changes but the few I have made seem to have helped a bit. Let me know what you guys think.

Re: <the_future420's Heisman Xbox Sliders>

Hey guys, just had another great game this time between Oklahoma(CPU) vs. Penn State(ME). The game started out pretty crazy as I hooked up for an 89 yd TD pass on my first play from scrimmage. OU promptly returne the favor with a long pass play themselves to tie it up. The game was high scoring early and was 35- 24 going into the half. After that it became a defensive battle and PSU edged it out by intercepting an OU pass late to kill their comeback efforts. Final Score: PSU 38- OU 31

OU PSU
Score 31 38
1st Downs 16 13
Rush Att./Yds 36-111 29-117
Pass Cmpl/Att/TD 16-25-3 12-28-2
Pass Yds 292 293
Sacked 4 1
3rd Down 6/14 42% 4/13 30%
Fumbles-Lost 2-2 0-0

OU
QB#7 16/25 292 yds 3Td 2 Int
HB#28 28 att 107 yds 3.8 avg, 1 TD

PSU
HB#26 25 att, 127 yds, 5.0 avg, 2 TD
LOLB#31 12tkl, 5TFL, 1FF

General Observations:
Overall everything is playing really nice. I am loving that the CPU is sticking with the run game. Adrian Petersen had a pretty good game but Pozlusky (sp?) was all over the field making plays. It seemed like just as OU and Petersen got their running game really going, 8 yd run, 12 yd run etc..., Pozlusky would make a big hit tackle or tackle for loss to slow them down.

I am thinking of bumping up def. awareness for both CPU and human for the sake of making the games more defensive minded, but I will play a few more games before doing that. I also don't want to throw the sliders out of whack because as you all know, one slider in some way affects another. I need to bump the penalties up as well as Im not seeing enough of those. Did not have a fumble this game which is a good sign. One of the CPU's fumbles was on a Posluzy big hit while he was in the zone. It was nice because he tried to strip the ball when I used the hit stick and I have never seen that happen before.

Re: <the_future420's Heisman Xbox Sliders>

Great Sliders however I am having a few problems with CPU Pass Rush being too good and User Pass Rush being too poor. Also, the CPU Running attack for me could not be stopped, although I am using a bad team. Anyway, here are the Stats from my last game with your sliders.

Appalachian State vs UMass (me)
Score 38 21
Total O 368 249
Rushing 35-232 19-39 ( a lot of sacks)
Pass 6-9-2 6-20
Sacked 1 3
INT 2 2

Last thing, their RT had an overall of 48 and my RE had an overall of 84 and it was extremely difficult to break through his block. Maybe these results are the result of just a bad team vs another bad team, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe up the user Pass Block, lower CPU pass block and run block, I dont know. Thanks

Re: <the_future420's Heisman Xbox Sliders>

Polok, I havent tested the sliders using two bad teams, I've only used evenly matched teams that are in, i dont know, the top 40 or so. In theory it shouldnt matter, but Im gonna use some bad teams tonight when I tweak sliders more. I change a few things yesterday, but righ tnow I am at work and unable to post them. I had a DEFENSIVE struggle in a game of TExas(cpu) vs Nebraska(me). That featured both a blocked field goal and a blcoked punt. I ended up losing 12-10 and it was a great game. I remember that I was sacked 6 times, and sacked Texas 4. I had all sorts of problems geting ANY sort of running game going, but this is the first game I have experienced that so no need to panic just yet. I will post updated sliders tonight.

Hey future, really enjoying the updated sliders, great to see the change in the interception slider. I do think however the unsportsmanlike conduct slider needs to be totally done away with. I have it at zero and still see a call every now and then. At 30%, I was getting very good field position taken away from me consistently. Great job again.

Yeah, I think it was perfect at 60%, even 70%. 90 is just too much I believe.
