Thumbs up NJPapi's Heisman Sliders 07/28/07

Ok guys I have tested these out a lot and these to me give me the best results and not only are the tough but they dont cheat you. These will be my final set for a while since I have not seen anything that jumps out at me anymore. I get consistently challenging games and even lose a lot at times dependin on how I play or the team I use.

I will write a small phrase next to each slider to define them in my point of view

Please leave feedback and stats if possible....

Offense (Human)

Qb Accuracy 50 (This is perfect since you are suppose to be determine the accuracy)

Pass Blocking 80(This gives you a chance to set your feet)

WR Catching 50 (Default seems right and catching the ball yourself is recommended)

RB Ability 45(To many easy stiff arms and spins)

Run Blocking 75(CPU broke many blocks now it is balanced)

Offense (CPU)

QB Accuracy 40 (Now you won't get the cpu throwing off their back foots on the mark)

Pass Blocking 65 (In order to avoid the cpu throwing horrible this must be raised)

WR Catching 40 (To many cpu receivers get belted and never lose the ball)

RB Ability 85(This will make the cpu run game tougher)

Run Blocking 100 (See above post)

Defense (Human)

Awareness 60(Had to lower it since to many picks)

Knockdowns 100 (This will help a bit when you press the swat button)

Interceptions 0 (Nuff said)

Break Block 0 (To easy to break blocks and stop the Running back)

Tackling 85(With rb ability raised this is a must)

Defense (CPU)

Awareness 60(Should be able to pass over them linebackers)

Knockdowns 100 (This will help the cpu not allow you to throw all over them)

Interceptions 0 (nuff said)

Break Block 50 (Jump Snap wont be as affective to the cpu)

Tackling 65 (Had to raise this with the human run block up)

Special Teams (Human)

FG Power 50 (This is fine)

FG Accuracy 55 (To many wide balls even when I was accurate)

Punt Power 55 (This reduces the cpu return game numbers)

Punt Accuracy 50 (This is fine)

Kickoff Power 55 (Reduces the return game numbers)

Special Teams (CPU)

FG Power 30 (Tired of 55 yard field goals)

FG Accuracy 50 (This is fine)

Punt Power 55 (Reduce the human return game numbers)

Punt Accu.. 50 (This is fine)

Kickoff Pw.. 55 (Reduce the return game numbers)

There you go. Please use these keys to maximize the gameplay experience

1. Always use the defender close to the ball, if you play d-line and the ball is passed the switch to the defender covering and use the swat button. Do not go for picks because then you will have a huge amount and that has nothing to do with sliders. Remember that your human awareness is much better then a 60$ game A.I.. Go for a pick if you are down late and need a turn over. But besides that just make a play on the ball with the swat.

2. It is very important to use staff and to gang tackle. No hit sticking here unless it is when others are around. If you use straff and play contain and not use hit stick to make simple tackles then you will see the cpu break tackles like never before due to the raised rb ability.

3. Stay in the pocket and trust your o-line. If you do then you will see that receivers are open and you can make great throws in the pocket.. Step up if you feel the rush to the outside. Play right

4. When running the ball always switch hands to be able to secure the ball better. If you are running down the sidelines and the ball is in the wrong hand then you will be more incline to fumble. Use the protect feature as soon as you feel contact coming.

For Penalties Here is what I use:

Everything is maxed out except for clipping which should be at 45 and Roughing the Passer stays at 50

If you want a close to realistic amount of snaps fro both sides then use 8-10 minutes

8 minutes if you dont wait to the playclock drops and if you dont skip through the cutscenses after the tackles. 10 minutes is good if you like to take your time and snap the ball with about 5-10 seconds left on the playclock and not skip through cutscenses

This should give boths offenses about 55-60 snaps
