Dave's Varsity Sliders for NCAA 08 (360)

I decided to give the varsity level a shot after all.
These sliders are in their very early stages.
Like last year's varsity sliders for the ps2, I wanted a decent cpu run game and a no-cheat feel from the game.
So far, I like where these sliders are ... but they're far from perfect.
I know a few guys like my sliders last year, so bear with me on these ones and I'll try to get them as close to perfect as possible.
The one thing I love about these sliders so far is the number of INTs is way down from the other levels.

Like last year, if you're a great manual player don't bother with these sliders.

I may give these a shot. I have been playing with some (slightly tweaked) Varsity sliders by mudtiger, and they play a good game, with fewer INTs. My only problem is they produce too many shootouts for my liking.

I don't like playing on Varsity. In years past (Ive been playing the game every year since 2001 on PS2), I have played exclusively on all-american. Heisman has always felt cheezy to me. But with each increase in difficulty level, so increases the awareness of not only your opponent, but all cpu controlled players. So that said, on all american and heisman your cpu teammates are too aware and come up with too many INTS.

I love the NCAA Football series, and even with the problems in years past (i.e, the drops problem in 2005) it could be fixed with the right sliders. Ive tried a lot of setting on this game, and this is as close to a game killing problem as this series has faced.

Im beginning to think if EA doesnt come out with a patch, Im going to have to retire.

Just as an experiment, I placed the difficulty level on Freshman, and maxed out CPU sliders at 100 and zeroed out all human sliders.

The results will be comical. I will post them.
