Maybe a BIG Discovery With Sliders

When you get a chance go to practice mode with Texas Tech on offense and you on defense with whatever team you want. Go in as if you are practicing on your defensive game

Your defensive play pick;
Nickle normal-2 man under

Tech's play choose;
Split Y Flex-689 Hook

Reset Your All AI Sliders

Only play as the D-Lineman

Let this play run for about 10 plays and watch the QBs throws be so Accurate

Then
Change the USER AI slider......I repeat
Change the USER AI slider for Pass ACC to 0 (not the CPU)

As you will see his throws are not that great now

There is hope!!!!!

Re: Maybe a BIG Discovery With Sliders

i experimented with this, AND YOU ARE RIGHT!!! this is weird, it applies to the CPU run game as well, HOWEVER...it does not apply to the Users Offense, if you turn the USER sliders down on offense, it will decrease your offense, and turning the CPU up or down on offense, will not affect the USERS Sliders

So your idea is to change the user sliders when you are on defense and then set them back when you have the ball? Cuz there's no way you can play with your QB ACC at 0.

I just tested it and you do seem to be right about the sliders being reversed. The biggest thing though is it slowed down the pass speed which allowed my defenders to actually get a hand on the football.

Yeah, that is the problem. I switched over to offense with the slider still at zero and the QB lobbed everything which led to several ints.

Maybe ONLY the HUM sliders work. I'm going to try putting my own pass protection at 0 to see if I can get some pressure on the cpu.

Re: Maybe a BIG Discovery With Sliders

Although I guess this might shed some light on how to make the CPU QB less accurate, but is it really an option to do it this way? Seems like after every series in a game, you would need to switch the sliders which would be very tedious.

But I guess if this does point to the possible issue, maybe EA can at leats correct it.
