Fantastic sliders you have man.

Makes the game very sim like, running the triple option with Navy is more life like now. Thanks a bunch for your hard work.

Any way these sliders can be edited to work with 5 or 6 minute quarters? I don't have enough time or patience to play 8 min quarters.

1 half of play into these sliders, with the tendancies. So far, I love them. I have some concerns (CPU breaking tackles, My Def snoozing on passes) but I dont think there is much that can be done about them.

I always say I want challenging games, but I think I get frustrated when I get to the hiesman level, and always go back. Right now, Im down 24-7 at the half Hawaii (me) at Oregon St. Seems a bit lopsided, but I made a bone headed pass, and they capitolized. The 8 minute qtrs feel good, and I'm seeing animations, especially from receivers that I dont see often. Dropped passes area concern, but really, one game is no where near enough time to judge that.

Overall, so far, thumbs WAY up. I do feel though that the CPU is able to abuse screen plays, every one they have used have resulted in big gains due IMO to the low AWR slider for the def.

Re: Night Owl Dynasty Sliders - Sim Style

All in all great sliders...however, one suggestion and one question: I think most people have been putting WR Catching to 0 but I've been seeing waaaaay too many open drops (i even felt this way at 50) so I'm moving it to 55-60. My question is about the CPU sliders. I understand they are broken or whatever, but for my own peace of mind, what are you putting them at (i.e. same as human, all to zero, or default)?

Re: Night Owl Dynasty Sliders - Sim Style

We have finished season one and our sliders have been tweaked, these tweaks were based on our league wide stats.
The new set feels similar to the old except that running between the tackles is now a bit easier while running outside the tackles is harder. You will also find it a tad easier to connect on the long ball but will pay for bad throws. The game speed feels just a bit slower which is good IMO. You will also not see as many head scratching CPU Heisman moments with this set.

The original post has been updated with the latest version.

The above quoted sliders are not current. Our current sliders can be found in the first post of this thread.
