Re: "Yuckmouf Jones's "HEISMAN" Slider

These sliders are pretty good. Here are some stats:

Kansas(me) at Kansas St.

Score 17 23
Total O 287 158
Rushes-Yds-TD 28-60-1 16-(-3)-0
Comp-Att-TD 34-46-1 20-27-1
Pass Yds 227 161
INT 5 2

Northwestern at Illinois(me)

Score 27 31
Total O 349 208
Rushes-Yds-TD 35-58-1 28-164-2
Comp-Att-TD 27-36-2 7-19-0
Pass Yds 291 44
INT 3 3

The Cpu running game was not there the first game but it was alright in the second. Lots of INTs, but most of mine were my fault. I finally found some sliders that get me lower scores and no juiced up CPU QB. I'll keep posting stats.

1) CPU doesn't do as many moves when there is a hole right in front of them up the middle. They hit the hole.
2) Tackling is at 15 so you get just as many broken tackles
3) Run Blocking is at 100 so there are more holes to hit.

Just try it.

Washington(me) at Washington St.

Score 31 34
Total O 380 259
Rushes-Yds-TD 29-106-2 21-47-0
Comp-Att-TD 31-47-2 17-26-1
Pass Yds 224 212
INT 3 4

This was a good game. The second series of the game my impact QB was injured for 2 quarters. So at halftime they were up 31-17. In the second half I played really good defense. I recovered an onside kick with about 35 seconds left but could not get into field goal range.

I made the following adjustments to the base set.

8 Minute Quarters
QB Acc > 40
Ints > 0
Tackling > 60
Penalties > All 95
Sub In/Sub Out > NJ Papi's 4.5

CALIFORNIA (CPU) 27
OREGON (ME) 24

NOTABLE TEAM STATS

CAL

Rushing > 37-120-2
Passing > 29-40-0
Passing Yards > 237

Turnovers > 1 (Interception)
Penalties > 2 -15
T.O.P. > 18:32

Passing > 27-36-1
Passing Yards > 263
3rd Down Conversion > 7-14 (50%)
Turnovers > 3 (2 Fumbles, 1 Interception: these were all totally my fault, the fumbles were on errant option tosses by the QB, and I forced a pass into coverage.)

T.O.P. > 13:32

NOTABLE PLAYER STATS

CAL

Nate Longshore (QB) 28-39, 231 Yds, 1 INT, 71%

Re: "Yuckmouf Jones's "HEISMAN" Slider

Guys I am definitely exploring the options for the CPU running the ball on a consistent basis... Keep in mind of the teams your playing... If they run a Spread offense, then they will not run hardly at all..

I played the gators and Tim Tebow had 96 yds...

Lowering the tackle slider to 15 is definitely not the best all around option because it ties into the "Pursuit" and "Play Recognition" attributes.. So it hurts on players biting on playaction, pass rush, and taking angles to get to ball carrier...

I am still testing but I think I have something... Ill update tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Could you put it up tonight? I'm either going to play a game tonight or tommorow and want tocheck it out. Also to help the running try the run/pass sliders that I put in the stickied thread. That creates more attempts for teams that do run a lot.

Thanks for posting your running adjustments. They do work for me. The CPU is more likely to bust a long one during the game.
