Re: Good Sub Out/In Setting?

I use 94 out and 100 in for all but qb. I get my back-ups in about 7-10 plays a game. Best I can do.

Re: Good Sub Out/In Setting?

I go a little something like this:

In/out
80/90 QB
95/85 RB
100/95 WR
80/75 OL

95/85 DL
95/85 LB
100/95 CB
95/85 S

This does get a good amount of plays in for the Defense and only really subs WR every other play. RB will only change out if you give him the ball 3 times straight. I tried to keep WR and CB as fresh as I can and rotate them more than the DL and LB. I know it is usually different in real life, but teh LB and DE usually tire out quicker than the DBs.
