I see this posted around alot, and was wondering what the theory is behind this. Alot say it improves the game dramatically. What does it do exactly?

All penalties at zero except offside which is at 5

Thanks, but what is it supposed to do?? Are there still penalties etc.....

Its not about the penalties its about having better oline and dline interaction and help to make dline and lbs make more tackles.
