Exclamation Football4Natic's Heisman Sliders Post Patch 360 and PS3

Ok guys. I have finally finished tweaking the sliders on Heisman and this of course is after the patch was released.

Call me stupid but this whole time I did not realize that the pass rush moves are done with the right stick. I was still using shoulder buttons and wondering why the only thing that worked was speed rush.

Only today when playing the Madden demo early this morning did I realize using the Giants ferocious pass rushers that the right stick controls the power and finess moves.

Once i figured that it was all hell breaking lose on the CPU qb's

I have zero problems with pass rushing now. I got 8 sacks on my last game using the canes at North Carolina who is a good team

I still lost the game 17-10 because my offense struggled a bit except my run game was nice

These have been tested and I am so confident in the pass rush now that I dont use jump the snap gameplan anymore. It was getting to easy using that feature with the working sliders

Here we go:

Heisman Level:

8 min quarters or your choice

Human Offense:

QB Accuracy 10 (Perfect balance of inaccurate and accurate passes)

Pass Blocking 50 (CPU can get enough pressure and I can survive)

WR Catching 45 (Anything lower leads to a lot of drops)

RB Ability 45 (Tones down the easy jukes and broken tackles)

Run Blocking 50 (Anything higher will lead to big runs)

CPU Offense:

QB Accuracy 10 (QB will miss and make at a realistic set)

Pass Blocking 0 (If I still get to many then I will raise but leave)

WR Catching 45 (See human)

RB Ability 50 (Working sliders make this perfect)

Run Blocking 50 (Works perfect now. Higher will lead to issues)

Human Defense:

Pass Coverage 55 (Keeps the defense reacting well to pass)

Pass Rush 100 (Might lower if sacks continue to stack up)

Interceptions 0 (Anything higher will lead to picks abound)

Rush Defense 0 (This makes the default setting for cpu worth it)

Tackling 45 (Perfect balance of broken tackles and takles

CPU Defense

Pass Coverage 45 (Will make the CPU not cheat and be on point)

Pass Rush 20 (Anything higher will lead to sacks off Play Action)

Interceptions 0 (Anything higher will lead to batted ball picks)

Rush Defense 65 (This helps the cpu stop the run game)

Tackling 50 (Perfect balance of made tackles and broken tackles)

Human Special Teams:

FG Power 25 (Seems to be at rand 40-48 yarders)

FG Accuracy 45 (Perfect for making you angle right)

Punt Power 45 (Punting was to deep at default)

Punt Accuracy 55 (This will make punting more realistic)

Kickoff Power 55 (Anything higher will lead to back of endzone)

CPU Special Teams:

FG Power 25 (Perfect balance with occasional 50 yarder)

FG Accuracy 45 (Seen misses and makes)

Punt Power 45 (See human)

Punt Accuracy 55 (See human)

Kickoff Power 55 (Anthing higher will lead to back of endzone)

Penalties:

Offsides 100

False Start 100

Holding 55

Facemask 45

Offensive Inter 100

Defensive Inter 100

KR/PR Inter 50

Clipping 55

Intentional Grounding 50

Roughing the Passer 45

Roughing the Kicker 50

The penalties have yielded enough calls and the most common are holding and clipping. Those are called more then enough with the occasional false start and facemask

Please try them out and I suggest that on passing downs that you know the cpu is passing. Use your ends or outside backer and use that right stick. You will see more aggressive nature to the pass rush. If you are working and getting close to the QB then your other lineman will step up their rush as well.

Post stats and suggestions and things you see.

Thank you all for your suggestions and stats posted.

Will test tonight, but with Rush Defense will Human AI players run away from the ball carrier when player lock is on?

Should not but I never use the player lock. I tend to stay with one defender but not in player lock mode.

Test it and let me know

Some notes:

Sliders and Penalty the same
7 min quarters

CPU passing still seemed impossible to stop. I felt like I could get a completion as well whenever I needed one. I had two non offensive touchdowns: one KR and one INT. Kicking still seemed easy. Robo QB alive and well at the end of half and end of game. Really the only time that the CPU put together sustained drives.

I am not having any cpu robo qb in my games. I mean I have the cpu qb at 10. I will tweak a bit and see if I can make human offense a tad harder and cpu pass game a bit weaker
