DOSMedia4SC's AA Sliders (Post patch #2)

I got a couple private message requests asking for my slider settings, so I figured I would just share them here to make everything more organized.
These slider settings are a little different then SN's and J Unit's. These are actually based off of SN's 4.0 sliders with some post patch #2 adjustments.
I never had any problem getting close games with his sliders, but I had a problem with some of the scores getting a little too high I think.
I made some adjustments to them and have really been liking the results I am getting.

I am a sim style dynasty player and mainly play with USC and Oregon State. I will test these with various teams. I do switch players on defense, but not all the time. I mainly just stick with playing as the safety, or if I am running cover 2 I will use a linebacker. Mainly the Mike position.
I do not really have any house rules with these other than I dont really scramble much and I play a straight up defense where I am not blitzing every single play. I actually mix up my D a lot.
These have seemed to fix my problem with the scores getting too high, while keeping the same quarter length (7 minutes).
I will post some results, but here are the settings...

Quarters: 7 Minutes
Skill: All American
Home Field: On
Ice the Kicker: On

Pass Coverage: 70/75
Pass Rush: 55/60
Interceptions: 10/10
Rush Defense: 5/70
Tackling: 60/60

Special Teams: USER/CPU
FG Power: 35/30
FG Accuracy: 10/40
Punt Power: 45/60
Punt Accuracy: 10/85
Kickoff Power: 50/55

Penalties:
Offisides: 85

Offense PI: 95
Defense PI: 95
PR Interference: 95

Re: DOSMedia4SC's AA Sliders (Post patch #2)

USC (ME!) at ND
*These are with RomanCaesar's rosters, and Matt Barkley as my starter*
Okay, so a little break down of the game before I post some stats. Every time I play ND with USC it usually turns out being a great game, which is probably due to the rivalry factor. This one was no exception and after a dumb fumble late inside my own 20, I found myself down 3 with a little under 3 minutes left. Drove down the field lead by Barkley and it actually was not very easy to do this. I encountered a couple of third downs (no need to worry ND fans, there was no 4th and 9s ), but got it inside NDs 5 with 40 seconds left. Barkley got hurt on the pass that got it inside ND's 5. Pitch play led to a holding, and 3 plays later on third down Corp hit Travon for a 14 yard TD pass to win the game.

Stats: USC ND
Score: 24 20
Fist Downs: 16 15
Total Offense: 397 310
Rushes-Yards: 33-102 25-5
Passing Yards: 295 305
Third Downs: 6-14 3-12
Turovers: 2 2
Fumbles: 1 1
INTS: 1 1
TOP: 14:20 13:40
Total Plays: 65 58

Individual Stats:
USC
Matt Barkley: 18-29 287 yards 2 TDs 1 INT Sacked 5 Times
Aaron Corp: 1-3 14 yards 1 TD O Int

Joe McKnight: 17 rushes 72 yards 4.2 average
Stafon Johnson: 10 rushes 52 yards 5.2 average

Joe McKnight: 6 catches 48 yards
Travon Patterson: 4 Catches 36 yards 1 TD
6 others had catches. 2 had 3 (including McCoy with 2 tds). 4 drops total.

ND
Jimmy Clausen 22-33 305 yards 2 tds 1 int 66% (seems kinda high for jimmy)
Armando Allen: 13 rushes 32 yards
Clausen: 10 rushes -39 yards (sacked 7 times)

Rudolf: 6 catches 107 yards 2 tds
7 others had catches
3 total drops

So heres my view on these sliders so far. The pass rush might have to be dropped just a little for each team. 12 sacks overall seems a bit high to me (even with a terrible ND line). Also, one thing I noticed is that with the CPU rush defense where it is combined with the Human rush blocking, it makes it very hard to return punts. Kickoff returns are no problems and that bug has been fixed! Its just no one is blocking on punt returns now, but the sliders work great for running the ball. I really really like the stats I got with these sliders. The scoring was not too high and the total number of plays seemed about spot on I believe.
I Do not run down the play clock, but I do not immediately snap it.

Well Ill continue to test and hopefully some of you guys can help out!

Please try these out if you have not... I want to see if I am the only person getting great results with these. Please try them in your dynasty or something so I know I am not the only insane person around.

Thanks fellas.

I will try them out with my Utah State dynasty when I get to Season #3.

Hope it will be close to perfect!

Played a game and it was pretty good. My B- overall TB team against Cal. I won 27 - 22, BARELY made a 50 FG yard late to force them to need a TD and my defense held. I'll post stats later.

Hmm what kind of offense are you running? Do you see a lot of missed tackles? Or is it poor coverage and no pressure on the QBs?
I see that in your stats, so I am just wondering so I can try to fix some problems.

Wish SDSU beat UCLA in real life
