Auot-Sub sliders?

Has anyone got any general Auto-Sub sliders? I have been using the auto-sub sliders i found in a general slider thread but im still not seeing any subs in defense, not to mention if my back up RB comes in its for one play. I also have been having a problem with my dynasty with my number one RB disappearing from the game entirely in the second half. Hopefully someone can help me.

I've come to the conclusion that these are broken,

It's easy enough to get your backup RBs some work with the different packages. I have a Power RB and a Speed RB and just use them in different formations to get a balance of carries.

As for defense, I tried to set my sliders at 94/95 and rarely do any of my players go out. Even at 99/100, they rarely go out but if they do, they won't come back in.

The only time I ever see them come out is late in the 4th quarter or in overtime and they won't return to the game.

I'm wondering if they based the fatigue system on 15 minute quarters or something.

I know if your sub in slider is too high, a player may never return to the game because their stamina % never will get that high again.

Does anyone know if the default 60-80 setting is based on 5 minute quarters, or 15 or what?
