Re: CPU vs CPU Sliders

Has anyone noticed that on AA the away team wins quite frequently? It seems the AI thinks that the home team is the user and playing at the AA level. Not sure how this is going to pan out, but I am mildly concerned. I am going to test this with a FCS at a FBS school.

Re: CPU vs CPU Sliders

Ok, i'm playing a test game on:

Mode: Varsity
Speed: Slow
Spd: Threshold: 0
Sliders: Default

I'm using Colorado against a bad team, Akron. I'll have my stats in about 40 min since the game just started. Colorado is winning 14-7 in the 1st quarter.

The game so far is playing very nice, but i don't want to get ahead of myself until it's completed.

I take it back, Varsity is too dumb. I'm going back to AA. To me AA is better than Heisman and Varsity.

New game test. Stats coming soon.

Mode: AA
Speed: Slow
Spd: Threshold: 0
Sliders: Default

With this slider set, you can see a stronger team dominated the weaker team.

I'm going to do another test with these same sliders, Colorado vs Tenn next.

EDIT: I'm seeing a better running game with the "Speed Threshold" set to 0.

Re: CPU vs CPU Sliders

This is going to be interesting. In my Colorado vs Tenn game, Tenn lost their starting SS, and starting QB for the game. I like to see how this pans out.

So far Tenn's back-up is not doing so well. It's 10-7 Colorado starting of the 3rd quarter.

EDIT: I just notice the starting QB for Tenn is rated 76 and the back-up is rated 75, so there isn't much of a difference.

This game turned out to be a nail bitter all the way to the end. Colorado was down 23-16 with 17 seconds left on Tenn's 5 yd line and threw 4 incomplete passes to lose the game. Plus Colorado's kicker missed 2 FG and 1 xtra point in this game.

As you can see these two teams are evenly matched in ratings and the game showed it. As for my other game before. Colorado dominated the weaker team (Akron).

I like these sliders so far.
