SECElite's All-American Sliders based off of Playmakers Varsity

First off, I want to thank Playmakers and the other slider contributors for their work and efforts this year to make our experience with the game much more enjoyable.

I used playmakers varsity set for this one and have spent the better part of the week testing the settings within it. I won't go into detail about anything I did but I assure you that a lot of time has gone into testing this set to play a realistic game of football. I am certainly not a slider guy by any means but I have found a lot of enjoyment with this set. It is

Again, it is essentially Playmakers set with a few tweaks of my own. Feel free to use it and critique it. I hope you have as much fun with it as I have

these are the stats from my last game:

Eastern Michigan (CPU) @ Texas (Me) This was one of many test games for this set so I wanted to see how EM would play against a powerhouse like Texas. It turned out well.

i will give these a try. it's a shame sliders still have to be tweaked like this. you would think e.a. would have game testers to see these holes and glitches in the game before it's released. they should post job openings for game testers for e.a. and hire some of the os bloggers.

who am i kidding...this vicious cirlcle will never stop!

just played with these me(Michigan) vs. The Ohio State University

lost 51-10, 5 turnovers was the story, but I'll have to play when Im overly favored as this could very well happen this year.

seems as though you really can't force any passes just threw 2 picks in first quarter me(Texas) vs. UCLA.

might drop CPU interceptions a tad

Re: SECElite's All-American Sliders based off of Playmakers Varsity

Yeah, sorry about the loss, but how did they feel for you other than losing 51-10? I am able to force passes sometimes, but rarely. This is how it is in real life though. Forced passes usually end up going the other way. You really have to bring an "A" game with these.

One suggestion I would make is to stay within the pocket, if not already doing so and throw to the receivers on their breaks. 3 and 5 step drops.

sliders were pretty good, Ohio State is tough! I just couldn't force anything, it was as if their DB's had stick 'em on.

running the ball was tough but I don't think Michigan will have any chance at Ohio State at all this year as well.

I still find myself thinking about going back to PM's default varsity though.

I do like the speed threshold at 0 though it does play very well. May play Wyoming vs. Texas tonight to see if my passing game fares better.

I just feel when its one on one with my receiver and their corner it shouldn't always end up being a pick.

just played Texas vs Wyoming I won as Texas 44-30 super simmed a couple times...game up a lot of passing yds, only 1 int, found you have to be very careful passing but things do open up
