Talk about an underwhelming response. Nevertheless, I am undeterred. My goal again is to create a challenging game which also yields realistic statistics. I re-evaluated AA and again came to the conclusion that unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve both of these objectives simultaneously.
So I wanted to update with the last six games from my OD, two played by me, and two each played by the other two members of my OD.
The line graphs show human (red) vs. CPU (blue) results in the solids colored lines. The black dotted line shows the real averages from PSU last year. The colored dash lines are trend lines for a better comparison over the six games. We are playing 7 minutes now but will be moving to 8, which should give better results for total plays and yardage. Hopefully, score will not get too inflated.
The pie charts show the average over six games for human (red) vs. CPU (blue).
To me, these numbers look very good. Also, the game is challenging against good opponents, but not impossible.
I HOPE the rest of you are tracking your statistics over time, to differentiate between trends and anomalies. I was hoping for some feedback on my methodology, even if nobody uses my sliders specifically. I'm curious how the rest of you are coming to your conclusions. Maybe this is too in the weeds for some, I don't know (I can't be the only engineer here...).

I will try these out, and I am an engineer as well. And actually, I used to travel to Shippensburg / Carlisle PA for business about 5 years ago
I also always stayed in the Shippensburg Inn, and had some good times there.
